Our company, a leading IT firm, had the following vacant positions to be filled by seasoned professionals:


·             Generating technical and functional requirements analysis
·             Recognizing business problems and growth opportunities
·             Identify new product opportunities and trends
·             Supporting development and testing to the process improvements
·             Analyze and make recommendations for business process improvement, process mapping and process design

Conceptualize and recommend strategies to improve operational performance and
·         management processes
·             Conduct research and end-to-end analysis
·             Hold workshops with IT Teams, business stakeholders and third parties
·             Coordinate and implement change management processes

·             At least 2-5 years' experience in providing business analysis in an IT/commercial/retail environment
·             Experience working with Human Capital, Supply Chain and Financial Management Solutions,
·             Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
·             Very strong in communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


Candidates should be able to demonstrate sufficient capabilities in the use of the following technologies:

·             PHP; Codelgniter, Laravel or Zend Framework
·             JAVA especially using Oracle ADF
·             .NET(VBorC#)
·             Oracle APEX and PLjSQL
·             JavaScript Frameworks (JQuery) for UI and DOM Manipulation
·             Web Services and Web APls
Candidate must also be able to:

·             Demonstrate experience in developing and deploying software solutions on UNIX and Windows Environments.
·             Demonstrate capabilities to efficiently use the following databases: Oracle DB, MySQL, MSSQL, SQLite and PostgreSQL.
·             Interpret functional requirements and generate technical documentations.
·             Conduct research and end-to-end analysis.

·         At least 2-5 years' experience working on web development project.
·         BS/B.Tech degree in a related field or applicable discipline.
·         Experience working with SCM, ERP, and HCM Solutions.
·         Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.



·             Collaborate with Stakeholders to identify required project controls support in achieving project objectives.
·             Create, monitor and control schedules of projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
·             Update, maintain, analyze, and communicate project commitments while also supporting, monitoring,
·         reviewing and analyzing schedules and associated reporting.
·             Build project baselines and update project schedules and templates based on project requirements.
·             Maintain appropriate work breakdown structures for accurate reporting.
·             lead the development of Project Controls Plans on assigned projects.
·             Coordinate the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of project reports assuming responsibility for overall accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
·             Support the modification and implementation of existing and/or new internal processes and process improvements.

·             BA/BS degree in related field or applicable discipline preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
·             Generally 2-5 years of field experience. Must have experience building project baselines and updating project schedules and templates. Must have experience creating, monitoring and control schedules of projects through all phases of the project life cycle utilizing Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
·             PMI/PRINCE2 Certification(s) and Microsoft Scheduling experience will be an added advantage.
