Tanzania's albinos hacked apart by witchdoctors who believe their body parts 'bring luck'

Many albinos survive the attacks, but are left without arms or legs Limbs can sell for as much as $4,000, about £2,667
Tanzania's albinos are being 'hunted down like animals' as greed for money and influence drives families to turn on their own loved ones in a trade allegedly fuelled by some of the country's most powerful people.
It is believed albino body parts will bring a person wealth, or luck - and for that, people are willing to pay as much as $3,000 or $4,000 for a limb, or as much as $75,000 - about £50,000 - for the 'full set', a whole body.

People with albinism are regularly attacked by people who chop their limbs off - an act which either leaves them severely mutilated, or dead.
Albinism, a hereditary genetic condition which causes a total absence of pigmentation in the skin, hair and eyes, affects one Tanzanian in 1,400, often as a result of inbreeding in remote and rural communities, experts say.

Soludo grades Jonathan “F” on economy

Charles Soludo, Former Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria
A former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Chukwuma Soludo, has delivered a ruthless evaluation of the Nigerian economy under President Goodluck Jonathan, ranking the administration “F” on economic management, and suggesting the Jonathan government is Nigeria’s worst as far as the management of the economy is concerned.
Mr. Soludo said while Mr. Jonathan lacks achievements to point to, or clear future plans as he seeks re-election, his main challenger, the All Progressives Congress, APC’s presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, also lacks specific plans on how to salvage Nigeria’s economy should he win elections next month.

My Wife has dated broke black dudes-Kanye West

During the BET honours, Kanye West gave a moving speech ,giving tribute to his wife Kim Kardashian ..Talking about the stigma surrounding interracial relationships that he had encountered growing up.

We have to focus on the idea of love and not the idea of separation,'At the barbershop... I used to hear people always talking about, "Man you know when an entertainer get on, of course you know he gon' go and get a white girl and blah blah blah and a white girl gon' get a rich black dude."'
'But I wanna say that my wife has dated broke black dudes. It got nothing to do with the money.'

Men can urinate while standing

A man stands in front of a toilet in a Berlin flat - 22 January 2015
A court in Germany has ruled in favour of a man's right to urinate while standing up after his landlord demanded money for damage to the bathroom floor.

The landlord, who was seeking €1,900 (£1400; $2,200), claimed the marble floor had been damaged by urine.
But the Duesseldorf judge ruled that the man's method was within cultural norms, saying "urinating standing up is still common practice".

There is some debate in Germany about whether men should sit or stand to pee.
Some toilets have red traffic-style signs forbidding the standing position - but those who choose to sit are often referred to as a "Sitzpinkler", implying it is not masculine behaviour.

NSA Wants Elections Postponed By Up To 3 Months

Reuters reports that National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki during a talk at London think-tank Chatham House asked the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Jega to postpone next month’s elections.

He states his reasons as the slow distribution of biometric voter cards and said a delay within the time allowed by the law would be a good idea. He added that there was a 90-day window during which the election could legally take place. “It costs you nothing, it’s still within the law,” Dasuki said he told the INEC chairman. Dasuki said it was for INEC and not for him to decide. “What sense does it make to vote three months early when there are 30 million cards still with INEC? That’s my position,” Dasuki said.

Members of Parliament in Burkina Faso have decided to cut their pay in half following public outrage about their monthly salaries. It was recently revealed that they earned over $3,000 a month, BBC reports. This revelation led to feelings of anger amongst the people of Burkina Faso. The average salary earned by the country’s citizens is approximately $150 a month.
