GB JOBS: Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO)

Due to steady growth and expansion, a leading Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) and a major player in the Nigeria Health Insurance Industry with Head Office in Lagos and offices spread across the country seeks to fill the under-listed position with competent, experienced and dedicated individuals. 

JOB TITLE:
 Regional Manager 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

·                     Be responsible for general administration
·                     Grow and sustain market share of the region
·                     Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
·                     Coordinate marketing of health plans to private and public organisations.
·                     Develop and ensure the implementation of an effective marketing and sales plan for the region
·                     Develop and implement a robust and effective marketing communications campaign for the region
·                     Drive and coordinate all marketing activities of the region


REQUIREMENTS 

·                     First degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd class lower division
·                     A Medical Doctor with MBBS OR MBCHB degree will be an advantage
·                     Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English language
·                     Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective and collaborative sales and marketing network
·                     Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders
·                     Possession of an MBA or a postgraduate degree in any management field
·                     Professional qualifications in marketing or management will be an advantage
·                     Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience with 3years in a senior management position in HMO, Insurance or Banking sector


JOB TITLE:
 Care Coordinator 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

·                     Oversee healthcare provider network development and management
·                     Oversee care coordination, provider relations, claims administration, and wellness programmes
·                     Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
·                     Assist in the marketing of health plans to private and public organisations.
REQUIREMENTS 

·                     A Medical Doctor with MBBS OR MBCHB degree
·                     Possession of an MBA or MPH will be an advantage
·                     Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Medical Doctor
