Requirements:

·                     Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc/HND

·                     Basic knowledge of Financial mathematics & Accounting

·                     1-2 years working experience in any related field would be an added advantage

·                     Detailed and target oriented

·                     Dynamic and motivated individuals who like to work outdoor

·                     Excellent analytical skills

Main Tasks:

·                     Direct promotion in markets

·                     Evaluation of loan applications and preparation of loan proposals

·                     Monitoring of disbursed loans and loans in arrears

·                     Assuring long term relationship through high client satisfaction, reaching a high ration of revolving clients

Job Title: Client Advisers (REF CODE: CA)

Requirements:

·                     Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc/HND

·                     Good communication and Interpersonal Skills

·                     Excellent selling and Marketing skills

·                     Active PC user

·                     Excellent customer service relation

·                     1-2 years working experience in any relaled field would be an added advantage

·                     Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Main Tasks:

·                     Taking Enquiries and providing necessary information to clients

·                     Active sales ofthe Banking Services products

·                     Direct promotion in markets

·                     Account opening and all customer account related operations

·                     Disbursements oilcans

·                     Providing excellent customer service

Cashiers/Tellers (REF CODE: CAS)

·                      

Requirements:

·                     Minimum educational qualification of OND

·                     Experience in handling higher-volume cash transactions isan asset

·                     Excellent customer service relations

·                     Active PC user

·                     Detail oriented

·                     Honesty & integrity

·                     Stress tolerance

·                     High level of accuracy and Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Main Tasks:

·                     Account deposits and withdrawals

·                     Cheque transactions

·                     Receive and verify loan repayment amount

·                     Ensure compliance with all internal controls & established policies and procedures
