certificate in medicine (MBBS or its equivalent)
- Evidence
of full registration of basic and additional qualifications with Medical
and Dental Council of Nigeria.
- Evidence
of current practicing licence.
- Post
graduate fellowship certificate (fellow, national postgraduate medical
college or
its equivalent) in any of the above named specialties.
