GB JOBS: FMCG company recruiting in multiple Positions

A leading Company in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector of the economy, specializing in the manufacture of oleo chemicals, edible oils and bakery fats urgently requires the services of:

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (REF 001):

RESPONSIBILITIES:
devising and establishing company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met;
working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;
setting standards for quality as well as health and safety;
making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.



REQUIREMENTS:

• Must Possess minimum of HND in any Applied Sciences, Polymer Sciences, Materials Sciences or related courses;
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Must have numerical and statistical ability;
• Must have an aptitude for analysis;
• Must possess minimum of 1 year cognitive experience.

ACCOUNTANT (REF 002):

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts;
• preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting;
• advising on tax and treasury issues;
• negotiating terms with suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must possess HND/B.Sc in related field;
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Must possess organisational and time management skills;
• Must have integrity and trustworthiness;
• Must be IT proficient.

LOGISTIC MANAGER (REF 003):

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;
• liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers;
• analysing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand;
• planning vehicle routes;
• working on new supply strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must possess minimum of HND in related course;
• Related work experience, such as warehousing, storage, retail or administration, is an advantage;
• Must be flexible and have the ability to manage change;
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team as well as manage people;
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
