·                     Database Building

·                     Client correspondence

·                     Credit Control letters and emails to debtors

·                     Coordinate Conference, Events Travel expenses

·                     E-shot and Bulk SMS Management

·                     Human Resources

·                     Accounting, budget development and financial report

·                     Training functions

·                     Procurement of office supplies and resources

·                     Oversee Distribution and Subscription Management

Skills

·                     Be a team player

·                     Be detailed and accurate

·                     Be dependable and truthful

·                     Be motivated and dedicated

·                     Have strong organizational, grammar and communication skills

·                     Be able to work and compile data and reports

·                     Have focus and resilience

Qualification:

·                     A degree in Business Administration is most preferable while a cognate experience in a media house and its operational environment will be an added advantage.
