Senior Programs Coordinator
·S/he will be responsible for the overall
coordination of the foundation activities to meet board of trustees'
expectations and donors' specification and deliverables.
S/he will be responsible for writing
proposals to donors, determine the scope of project and
provide feedback reports to donors.
Qualification: Bachelor's
Degree in Humanities, Management and
Health Related discipline. 5-10 years of related experience
in Non-Governmental
Organizations locally and/or internationally.
Experienced in managing all donors' fund is highly desirable.

Administrative & General
Skills
· Bachelor's Degree in Humanities, Management and Health Related discipline
· A related NGO past experience is important either indigenous or international
· Computer literate on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Financial literacy
· Ability to work in partnership in
government and internationally
· Good interpersonal skills
· Ability to work within a team setting
· Independence, adaptability and flexibility
· Excellent communication skills
· Bilingual indigenous/international
language, an added advantage
