every occasion the world over. Africa’s leading producer and marketer of spirits, fine wines, ciders and ready-to-drinks (RTDs), Currently employs nearly 5000 people and has an annual turnover of R15,9 billion. Due to growth and expansion, our client is currently looking for a 
1) Brand Manager
Brand Manager to perform the duties listed below: 

Main scope of duties and responsibilities:



• Understands packaging of all products

• Understands the importance of brand image and the role packaging plays

• Drives the enhancement of brand image in all innovation and upgrade projects

• Working understanding of the marketing process:
 Consumer insights, strategy, brand positioning, brand communication, brand activation, brand innovation

• Exhibit a category view required in allocating category budget down to brand level based on business priorities

• Clear knowledge and understanding of brand portfolio dynamics andconsumer
 touch points relevant to the category and consumer behaviour traits and trends

• Ability to lead the process required for setting communication objectives and defining target
 audiences

• Sufficient knowledge that provides the ability to challenge channel implementation strategy against brand and category strategy to ensure optimal fit

• Exhibit a category view required in allocating category budget down to brand level based on business priorities

• Clear knowledge and understanding of brand portfolio dynamics andconsumer
 touch points relevant to the category and consumer behaviour traits and trends

• Ability to lead the process required for setting communication objectives and defining target
 audiences

• Sufficient knowledge that provides the ability to challenge channel implementation strategy against brand and category strategy to ensure optimal fit

• Manage the sensitivity of price positioning in growing the brand and its role in the portfolio

• Define individual brand roles in the portfolio in order to create integrated portfolio
 consumer needs state /segment strategy

• Identify and fill in gaps in
 consumer/market knowledge in order to create new insights

• Brand championing and bring it to live throughout the organization (brand ownership)

• Able to write and co-ordinate the implementation of brand plans

• Thorough understanding of market and category segments and needs state


Salary: Attractive + benefits, no

Qualifications :
Experience Required:

• Educated to a degree level, preferably in commercial, marketing or business studies.

• Minimum 5 years’ brand management experience

• FMCG Background

• Competitor &
 consumer intelligence, Market intelligence and strategy and Business/Commercial know how

• Able to utilize administrative support systems to assist in budgeting

• Has a sound knowledge of the factors that need to be accommodated in the different organizational budgets

• Able to analyze budgets correctly

• Commercially focused and target and revenue driven

• Ability to influence and negotiate up to Board level

• Excellent relationship management skills

• Self-confident – independent and self-reliant, assertive when necessary

• Professional, with personal integrity

2) Sales Representatives


Main scope of duties and responsibilities:

• Implementing sales strategies & plans in support of objectives by:
o Actively selling and promoting the company’s products
o Achieving volume and promotional targets for sales area

• Establishing and maintaining winning trading relationships by:
o Achieving and maintaining required calling frequency
o Fostering and maintaining relationships with customers

• Execution of channel distribution plans by:
o Ensuring product visibility
o Ensuring product availability

• Effective use of merchandising and promotional material by:
o Executing all promotions in line with promotional plans

• Managing company assets (stock, vehicles, equipment and other tools of the trade) by:
o Exercising control, maintaining and safeguarding of all company assets

• Practicing effective administrative and
 financial control by:
o Correct and timeous reporting with regard to sales; promotions; assets; claims; etc.

• Performing stand-in and other ad-hoc duties as required by Sales Manager.


Location: Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, Ilorin, Benin, Warri, Akure, Owerri, Onitsha, PortHarcourt, Enugu, Calabar and Uyo.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

• Educated to a degree level, preferably in commercial, marketing or business studies.

• Minimum of 2 years Sales and or Marketing experience

• FMCG Background or Alcohol & Beverage Industry
 preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Sound business acumen and good negation skills.

• Excellent relationship management skills

• Self-confident – independent and self-reliant, assertive when necessary

• Competent in the use of
 MS Office suite.

• Ability to manage, develop and lead a team.

• Must be self-motivated.

3) Sales Managers

Main scope of duties and responsibilities:

• Achieving sales strategies & plans in support of regional and segment objectives.

• Executing
 of business plan initiatives.

• Aligning sales functional excellence to changing market demands.

• Establishing winning trading relationships.

• Establishing, maintaining and managing the relationship with customers to ensure maximum business benefits and achieving of sales targets.

• Generate new ideas for the brand and its clients

• Highly professional, sophisticated and a motivated person to successfully work independently and generate prosperous business transactions.


Location: Lagos, Abuja & Onitsha

Qualifications :                             
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

• Educated to a degree level, preferably in commercial, marketing or business studies.

• Minimum of 5 years Sales and or Marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG or
 Alcoholic Beverages Industry.

• Leadership behaviour, reflecting company values, corporate governance & team orientation.

• Previous management experience preferable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Sound business acumen and good negation skills.

• Excellent relationship management skills

• Self-confident – independent and self-reliant, assertive when necessary

• Competent in the use of
 MS Office suite.

• Ability to manage, develop and lead a team.

• Must be self-motivated.

• Must be able to function independently and under pressure
