Responsibilities
The objective of the Clinical Advisor position is to provide technical leadership and management of the Pro-ACT AIDS palliative care including management of opportunistic infections and prophylaxis, ART, TB-HIV Co-infection and PMTCT programs in a manner that strengthens integrateddelivery of health services in partnership with the state government and other partners, and leads to sustainable HIV/AIDS prevention and control efforts.

The success of the LMS/Pro-ACT project depends largely on accurate, complete and timely reporting of achievements to PEPFAR/USAID. Achievement of set targets is of utmost importance. Hence, the objective of the M&E Officer position is to support the development, maintenance and operation of the Monitoring and Evaluation System in the field office for effective monitoring of inputs and results in liaison with the M & E Specialist.
