1. Maintenance Technician
·                      
Job Purpose/Scope      
The job exists to maintain all production equipment with emphasis on Tetrapak lines, PET lines, CAN line and OTC Pharmaceutical plant in a manner that will consistently achieve efficient, reliable, safe and cost effective results to ensure equipment uptime of up to 85%.
   
Key Responsibilities     
1) Provide complete back-up for immediate repair and/or maintenance of production equipment.
2) Attend to all production and manufacturing equipment related breakdowns promptly and take initiative of local adaptation as may be appropriate.
3) Ensure understanding of maintenance system of production equipment
4) Stock up critical spares to enhance speedy attention to repairs and maintenance locally.
5) Liaise with other departments (e.g. Production and Stores) on company’s local repairs initiative to ensure awareness.
6) Play an important role in the installation and test running of new equipment to save time and cost of installation.
7) Ensure that production equipment are kept in appropriate usable condition at all times.
8) Provide adequate support for the maintenance crew during plant repairs.

Qualifications, Experience         
1) HND/OND/NABTEB/C&G in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
2) Must be IT literate
3) At least 2 years experience in a similar role
   
Competencies 
1) Ability to interpret technical manual and engineering drawings.
2) Versatile in problem solving theories (fault finding and trouble shooting).
3) Ability to adapt local initiatives to achieve optimal performance at a lower cost.

2. Quality Assurance Inspector

Job Purpose/Scope      
The job exists to provide effective coverage for all quality parameters by monitoring the production activities and processes to achieve total quality assurance.
   
The job scope covers:
1) Independent quality audit of production processes, equipment, environment and products
2)
 Monitoring compliance with minimum Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environment, Health & Safety requirements
3) Sampling and good inventory management of retained samples
4) Environmental monitoring of production and storage areas
   
Key Responsibilities     
1) Undertake general audit of production processes, equipment and products (intermediate and finished) in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), GlaxoSmithKline Global Quality Policies (GQP) and National Regulatory Standards for Pharmaceutical production, to ensure consistent quality of products from batch to batch.
2) Implement strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice to ensure quality standard of GSK products
3) Document incidences of violations and product quality complaints in line with the Quality policy
4) Undertake final spot-check of finished products in Quarantine Store to ascertain quality Conformance and facilitate their timely release for sale
5) Implement withdrawal of retained samples for storage to ensure representative retention of Products before the expiration of such products
6) Ensure retrieval of both retained samples and batch records in record time in compliance with GMP expectations on documentation
7) Undertake general quality inspection of finished goods/raw materials warehouse and other
 storage rooms to ensure finished goods/raw materials are kept at specified storage conditions
8) Undertake daily and weekly monitoring and recording of temperature, pressure
 differential and relative humidity of both manufacturing and storage areas to ensure that operations are carried out within specified condition/ specification
9) Partake in all trouble shooting activities that may occur on production lines to ensure that the cause is identified and solution found without compromising quality
   
Qualifications, Experience         
1) B Sc in Sciences related degree preferably Pharmacy, Chemistry & Biochemistry.
2) Must be IT literate
3) At least 2 years experience in a similar role

3. Commercial Head
·                      
Job Purpose/ScopeThe purpose of this job is:
   
1) To lead the development of the single shared channel initiative to drive improved reach,
 productivity and commercial propositions across the Pharma (Rx) and Consumer (Cx) businesses.
2) To successfully lead the implementation of the single shared channel strategy and excellently execute the transition to new the selling and distribution models.
3) To lead and inspire the joint pharmacy channel sales team to deliver against the KPIs and growth targets.
4) To adopt and imbed an enterprise thinking mind set in order to effectively lead the
 organizational change process, integrating the new team and way of working into the Pharma and Consumer businesses.
   
Key Responsibilities     
1) Develop the strategy to achieve sales and distribution objectives in the Pharmacy channel across Rx and Cx in short (1-2yrs) and mid-term (5-7 yrs).
2) Drive excellent execution in the pharmacy channel to deliver value and drive growth through leadership of single shared channel initiative across Rx and Cx.
4) Lead other key cross functional teams to drive alignment and provide the environment for excellent execution.
5) Drive and track delivery to ensure that KPIs and growth targets are met or exceeded.
6) Manage, coach and lead the joint pharmacy channel team to drive excellent execution, motivation and performance.
7) Define and ensure implementation of pharmacy team capability improvement plan.
8) Lead and manage distribution channel plans and activities. Including distributor contracts, negotiations and performance management.
9) Ensure compliance requirements with GSK policies and procedures are met and robust governance structures are in place to manage compliance.

4. Detailing Representative

Job Purpose/Scope      
The purpose of this job is to implement sales and marketing strategies for selected GSK brands to pharmacies and develop unique and sustainable competitive advantage in order to achieve annual sales targets. The scope of this job will span across the Pharma (Rx) and Consumer (Cx) businesses
   
Key Responsibilities     
1) Conduct all business activities in accordance with the rules, product compliance procedures, sales and trade policies as outlined in GSK standard operating procedures.
2) Ensure science is at the heart of all detailing and business interactions.
3) Build and maintain professional relationship with pharmacists at retail pharmacy outlets so as to ensure advocacy for GSK products.
4) Promote and manage product recommendations at retail pharmacies in assigned territory.
5) Utilize currently approved promotional materials and other marketing support materials to inform and engage health care professionals at retail pharmacies in assigned territory.
6) Communicate, in line with GSK guidelines and principles, new product launches, key marketing initiatives, trade incentives, and promotional activities.
7) Achieve set annual value and volume sales target for the assigned territory through optimal sales activities.
8) Conduct efficient planning for scientific engagement activities and customer contact frequency in assigned territory.
9) Manage a portfolio of pharmacists as customers, while keeping an updated customer record and implementing key business drivers in the assigned territory.

Qualifications, Experience

2) Registered pharmacist with at least 2 years work experience as a sales representative for large or medium size pharmaceutical company in the business of prescription products, OTC, generics, or FMCG products.
3) Negotiation experience, especially with distributors, wholesalers, and retail pharmacy owners.

2) Build and maintain professional relationship with Pharmacists at retail pharmacy level so as to ensure advocacy for GSK products and achieve set objectives in assigned territory.
3) Manage product recommendations at retail pharmacies in assigned territory.
4) Manage order placement and ensure stock delivery on time and in full (OTIF).
5) Monitor outlets’ specific sales trend and ensure product availability to minimise out of stock situation.
6) Maximize daily visit in line with “beat the plan” program to fully optimise rep productivity.
