Job Description
-Establish and Manage the departments filing system
-Act as Secretary for the Divisions meetings
-Assist Head L&C with administrative efficiency in the department
-Assist head L&C with Personal Policy Implementation
-Assist with the collation of competitive Data Analysis
-Globalsourcing Liason Officer
-Responsible for Service Quality Initiative in the Department
-Co Secretarial support
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintains divisions correspondence file
- Receive all mails, time stamp and distribute as appropraite
-Arrange all internal and external meetings for Head L&C
-Custodian of all Head L&C files
- Follow up on action points agreed at meetings
-Ensure all deadlines are met and escalate exceptions
- Maintain service metrics and performance in the division
-Maintain file movement register
-Collate and manage the leave plan and handover process
-Ensure Job objective and description are completely filed
- Anyother assignment assigned by the Head L&C
-Collation of service breakdown/ enhancement and customer complaints
-Collate business unit survey
-Drive the full implementation of agreed training plans
-Undertake relevant project implementation review as indicated by the Head L&C
-Co-ordinate Notices / Logistics for all Board Meetings
-Ensure deliverables for Head L&C for Management meetings
-Record keeping and Audit trail
Qualifications & Skills
-University Degree with at least 3 years experience in a meduim sized organisation
-General high level of computer literacy
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to use own initiatives
-Attention to details
In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
