1. Buyer Expeditor 

About this job
The SERVICE consists in providing technical assistance; procuring equipment and services according to
the technical specifications and the requirements related to quantity, quality, delivery and further relevant conditions as requested by the various packages.
Specific Activities:
·                     To handle purchasing of industrial equipment.
·                     To guarantee that operational requirement and deadline are met at all time.
·                     To liaise with Suppliers and ensure their production planning and contractual schedule are being strictly followed and adhered to and that all contractor respect and fulfill their scope of work
·                     To ensure that all purchases of the project are run through due Tender with proper competition
·                     To handle contract below 250 KUSD and ensure SOX Compliance and respect of Client’s Processes.


·                     To make sure all contractor and subcontractor respect Nigerian and applicable laws and always act in the best interest of the Client.
·                     To communicate with the material management department for preparing supplier lists for each purchased material for speeding up the procurement process and meeting projects requirements in a timely manner.
·                     To ensure the follow up of creation of GR, SES and payment of contractor.
·                     To guaranty the quality of the data contained in e-Transit, Ariba and UNISUP.
·                     To assist in providing periodic analysis of KPIs in order to highlight problems and propose corrective actions.
·                     To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by thehierarchy.

The SERVICES will take place in the following location:
- Lagos area, Nigeria at offices designated by COMPANY.


2. Senior Safety Engineer
About this job
SERVICE DIMENSIONS
• Overall safety design of the new Project (SMR, Project or Notifications)
• Contribute to effective design fit for purpose, safe and on basis of “proven technology”.
ACTIVITIES
• Identify the safety engineering activities applicable to individual SMRs or brown field projects to ensure compliance with
 Level 1 and Level 2 Safety Reviews.
• Conduct hazard identification studies using scenario-based risk analysis methods (HAZOP, HAZID, etc.)
• Carry out risk assessments based on semi-quantitative analyses (i.e. through use of risk matrices) and coordinate detailed quantified risk analyses (QRAs).
• Identify and recommend ALARP
 mitigation measures using bow-tie or other analysis techniques, and propose acceptable technical solutions.
• Carry out reviews of existing or proposed process, utilities, ESD and F&G systems to assess residual risks and ensure compliance with Company General Specifications.
• Carry out and prepare basic safety engineering
 calculations and documents, e.g. firewater demand calculations, nozzle coverage areacalculations, PFP coverage drawings, etc.
• Prepare and issue reports including main conclusions of safety studies and reviews conducted, explanations of the main findings, recommendations, and conclusions.
• Follow-up day-to-day progress of engineering activities (basic and detailed) to ensure recommendations from safety reviews are implemented into the design.
• Review and approve engineering documentation for safety discipline, ensuring compliance with Company General Specifications,
 international codes and standards, and industry best practice.
• Ensure close coordination with other disciplines (in particular process and process control/instrumentation) to avoid discrepancies and documentation recycling.
• Coordinate, review, and approve safety engineering activities carried out by third parties or subcontractors on behalf
 of Company.
• Ensure that engineering documentation, requisitions for procurement and suppliers bids evaluation be fully compliant with Design Dossier major documentation (safety concept, PIDs, ESD logic, diagrams…etc) and with Company General Specifications.
• Attend as necessary project and technical follow up meeting with suppliers for main packages/equipment for checking of relevant sizing /
 calculationsnotes of safety equipment / facilities.
• Ensure full and efficient coordination with Field Operations during engineering design, construction and commissioning with target of efficient start up / hand over to Operation
• Work location: Service is based in Lagos with occasional visits to Client’s FPSOs in Future.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Compliance with DW ECP HSE KPI & Objective and assist DW ECP in compliance with overall TUCN HSE requirement
• Ensures effective and timely response to all requests for
 technical assistance with strict adherence to Client’s specifications, rules and engineering best practices.
• Establishes accurate records and filing of Project files in a retrievable / accessible manner.
• Participates in the auditing of engineering and construction contractors whenever the need arises.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Minimum Qualification: Professional experience of 15 years minimum in Petroleum industry. Previous safety engineering experience of 10 years minimum
• Experience: Verifiable experience in the use of MS Office packages
