Requirements

·                     7-10 years of demonstrated accomplishment in the Retail & Real Estate easing, management and

·                     development industry in companies such as Sotheby's or Coldwell Banker

·                     BSc/MSc/MBA in Real estate Management, Architecture, Business Admin or related discipline

·                     Skilled in leasing, Property Management, Design Review, Negotiating, Project Management; Market

Research and analysis.

·                     Knowledge of broklng and marketing techniques and principles.
