Responsibilities:

 technical skill gaps within the Customer Service and Beauty
Therapy workforce
• Develop and administer suitable training programs to effectively improve


staff’s competence
• Identify training vendors to partner with
• To consistently monitor and improve
 customer service levels across the
workforce
• To develop
 customer service initiatives and administer suitable training
programs to effectively improve staff’s competence


Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
• 3years cognate experience of developing and delivering training programs
• Good
 customer service skills
• Good interpersonal,
 communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills
• Technical beauty
 therapy skill
