Alternative duties
1. Help balance the personal life of the EVP vis-à-vis his family and key associates
2. Maintain a personal account portfolio for
a. Corporate expenses
b. Personal expenses
c. PR expenses
3. Build a social diary which integrates business networking for the EVP and key members of staff
4. Maintain personal knowledge of his routine schedules and commitments with a view to planning for them despite corporate responsibilities
Other Duties:
1. Liaise with him to deduce meetings he is supposed/promised to attend
2. Keep track of follow-up meetings from existing client meetings
3. Maintain a business and personal diary of his lifestyle, VVIP Clients/associates, and corporate partners
4. Research on relevant conferences for the corporate enhancement of the business to include industry and professional body memberships
5. Plan his daily schedule to ensure attention is given to all corporate handlings for the Group
6. Understudy his hobbies and mindset – this will give a fair idea of when is the best time to end his day as pertains to his efficiency and output.
