Our client is a player in the Oil and Gas industry and seeks to hire talented and innovative individuals for the role of
ADMIN/LOGISTICS OFFICER
·                      
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
·                     Interface with Banks on RRfFORM M issues
·                     Submission of Final Shipping Documents to Banks for
·                     Submission to SGS for RAR Processing


·                     Follow up with NA FDAC and DPR in Lagos to acceleratethe issuing of relevant permits
·                     Submission of Proforma Invoices and Insurance
·                     Certificates to the Banks
·                     Management of day to day running of office Administration
·                     Responsible to Logistics of expatriates, accommodation,visas etc.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
·                     Minimum of First Degree in Business Administration
·                     Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience inadministration and logisticsgood Corrununication and Interpersonal Skills
·                     Highly numerate, strong credibility with excellent communication skill
·                     Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite
·                     Excellent Team Spirit, Leadership and Management Skills
·                     Membership to any Shipping Body is an advantage
·                     Experience in Shipping Industry an advantage
·                     Candidate must be 30 years to 40 years old
