QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
First degree in the humanities, social sciences or related field with good communication skills(written & oral).
Good understanding of time pressure, able to take & provide feedback in a pleasant and positive manner.
The person for this job must have very good interpersonal relationship skills, problem solving and customer service skills and sound grasps of the company business philosophy, products and services.
