JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a fast growing organization specialized in providing equipment solutions for construction and
industrial engineering seeks to reposition its business. To achieve this, experienced hands are required to fill the position of:


OFFICE MANAGER

LOCATION:    LAGOS

REPORTS TO:    HEAD OF LOGISTICS

As an office manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the office work environment. You will perform reception and client service duties in a courteous manner. In this capacity, you will:

•    Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate

•    Log information on calls received, visitors and maintain detailed
     and accurate records

•    Order and maintain relevant
 office supplies

•    Receive and record all incoming and outgoing documents

•    Fill data and perform other routine clerical tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS•     A minimum of National Diploma (OND) in Secretarial Studies/Office
      Management or other related field

•     Between 5 and 7 years experience in a similar role.

•     Business-like, mature,
 eloquent and pleasant (A female is preferred)

•    Computer savvy with considerable experience using the social media.
      Proficiency in computer skills (particularly in Ms Office applications and use of web
      search engines)

•    Excellent interpersonal Skills; organizational skills and ability to multi-task


This position is to be filled immediately. The
