Job Title: Business Support
Job Location: Rivers, Nigeria



Job Requirement:
. Minimum of B.Sc/ HND in Sciences, Social Sciences and  Engineering (minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division)/ HND (Lower Credit).
. applicant should have good knowledge of Supply Chain management concepts(BUYER)
. Excellent Communication Skills is required (Presentation; effective conversations and written)
. Good customer management and leadership skills is also required.
. Experience in Team Work, Team Building, And Facilitation
. Data Analysis Skills is needed (Operational, Financial, Performance Metrics, etc.)
. Applicant should have excellent Computer Skills including SAP; Microsoft Office Suite Of Products, Internet, etc.
Job Description:
As the Business Support, you shall be accountable for the provision of good and effective plans and Contract support, monitor the implementation of CP plans and deliverables on behalf of the CP Manager.  This individual will also have to maintain close working relationships with CP staff, business stakeholders and discipline focal points at all organizational levels within P&T.
- You Develop and implement a robust Procurement strategy to place demand in the market place in the optimal manner to secure third party materials in compliance with schedule, quality requirements and on best commercial terms taking full and complete cognisance of risks and opportunities for the cluster of contracts responsible for.
- You will be responsible to improve compliance, standardize controls, data definitions, systems and procedures
- You will Coordinate weekly highlight report on behalf of the CP manager.
- you will also coordinate the preparation Business plans, work programmes, and other related activities to ensure full synergy, integration and compatibility.
- you will help to Plan and align the activity budget and monitor all streams of transactions on behalf of the CP Manager.
- You will develop CP management report that would aid the decision of the CP manager.
- You keep track of all business activities and ensure records, documents and report are properly classified and filed in the relevant
document repositories including livelink.
-  You will coordinate the provision of supporting documents during internal and external audit as well as DEVCOM.
-  You will maintain a very close working relationship with project services,finance, legal and other functional teams to ensure that CP documentation is compliant with project reporting and the controls requirements and all fiscal and legal regulations
- you will ensure good business ethics are maintained to the highest level and ensure compliance with the Shell Group Statement of General Business Principles – Manage Claims and record appropriately for Company Claim team consideration/escalation
- you will Coordinate the weekly Leadership meeting,
