Description
As the Head of Sales and Marketing in
Hausba Smarthomes Limited, you will implement solution based sales strategies that
uncover new businessopportunities and manage account growth within the
organisation and identify objectives strategies and action plans to improve
short and long term sales and earnings.
Primary Job
Responsibility
·
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and
evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales
options.
·
Sells products by
successfully understanding customer's business objectives and aligning our
portfolio of solutions to help the customer meet those objectives; establishing
contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
·
Maintains
relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending newopportunities; recommending profit and service
improvements.
·
Identifies product
improvements remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and
competitors.
·
Maintains professional
and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art
practices; participating in professional societies.
·
Position self and
every member of the sales team as the systems integration sales
subject matter expert (SME) in the territory.
·
Provide timely and
accurate account status reports, forecasts,opportunity funnel and business plans to sales
leadership and operational teams as required.
·
Responsible for the sales team and ensuring that the
organisation’s yearly/quarterly/monthly revenue targets are met and possibly
exceeded.
·
Committed to training
and development of self and other staff in relation to sales.
Desired Skills &
Experience
Required Qualifications
1.
Bachelor’s degree in a
business or technical field preferred. MBA desired.
2.
At least 5-7 years
experience with demonstrated success in selling enterprise solutions.
3.
Active experience in
LAN, VOiP, WAN networking.
4.
Strong business acumen
