Contracts Manager PPI at Technology Services

Job Description
Contracts Manager
·             Manage and administer company contracts including overseeing proposal preparation and contract negotiation
·             Review incoming contracts from customers and vendors, and coordinate with company stakeholders to produce redline responses
·             Lead or support negotiations of pending contracts with customers and vendors
·             Experience managing contracts within the Oil and Gas industry
·             Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and condition
·             Coordinate with Managers and outside counsel as necessary to ensure the legal sufficiency of contracts
·             Assist with routine confidentiality agreements, joint development agreements, and licensing agreements
·             Track contract compliance, and update and renew contracts as required by company
·             Knowledge of drilling equipment and uses and knowledge of drilling practices and procedures
·             5 to 20 years related experience and/or training
·             Experience with additional training in contract law a plus
·             Paralegal + advanced commercial contracts manager certification (CCCM) a plus
·             Bachelor's Degree preferably in engineering
