Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for a Sales coordinator for our client which is a leading financial institution.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

·                     Coordinate and harmonize the activities of both the in house sales team and the agents.
·                      Liaise with agents continuously to ensure that all sales leads and information on prospective clients are followed up, promptly.
·                      Assist in sales activities and handling of customer issues.
·                     Maintain market intelligence on competition.
·                     Prepare and present product information and proposals to the public and prospective corporate and commercial clients on services.
·                     Help with developing operational procedures for the marketing team.
·                     Direct the team towards consistently meeting the monthly and annual sales targets.
·                     Following up of new deals to ensure profitability and conformance with policy guidelines.
·                     Be involved in planning and establishing a sales and distribution network throughout the country.
·                     Develop coordinate and nourish sales outlets both within Lagos and in other states in the Federation.
·                     Open distribution channels for the sales agents in organizations
·                      Ensure the Agents follow through on the enrollment processes
·                     Perform other duties as may be directed by Management.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·                     A first degree in business administration, mass communication and other related fields; a master’s degree and any relevant qualification.
·                     Minimum of 6-10 years post NYSC work experience.
·                     Market investigation and research Skills
·                     Negotiation Skills
·                     Problem Solving Skills

2) Job: Head Of Investment

HEAD OF INVESTMENT (REF: 185)

OUR COMPANY:

Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for a Head of Investment for our client which is a leading financial institution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·                     Communicate resolutions of Statutory and Non-Statutory Committee’s resolutions to Team.
·                      Provision of portfolio data, economic and market data and analytic appraisal of specific portfolio strategies and analysis.
·                     Responsible for the Management of pension contributions, Portfolio Management, Research & Analysis and Reconciliation etc;
·                     Develop and recommend investment initiatives and products to the Management.
·                     Perform analytical review of  all investment portfolios regularly to ensure agreed risk and return objectives are being met.
·                     Initiate and recommend investment trade opportunities that would enhance positive performance of portfolio using team's valuation template, price/yield conversion template and research/market information daily e.t.c.
·                      Prepare periodic portfolio performance report analyzing variance from target return.
·                     Provide trade information to financial Control team and reconcile portfolio's position to financial control's valuation daily
·                     Ensure portfolios meet and exceed agreed investment return targets.
·                     Ensure agreed investment limits and risk management targets are adhered to.
·                     Develop and set key controls. Review work processes regularly to ensure effective management of department’s operations.
·                     Report portfolio activities to Board and Board investment committee periodically.
·                     Motivate team members, identify and implement their training requirements and perform periodic performance appraisals.
·                     Any other duty as required by Management

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·                     B. Sc in Economics, Statistics or any Social Science & Management Science disciplines and MBA. Professional Qualification in ACA, CFA , CIS are added advantage
·                     Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which at least 8 years must have been in the financial sector and 4 years in top/senior management positions
·                     Excellent Analytical and Report writing skills

·                     Negotiation Skills
