There are
certain things you see and you just wonder the motive behind the strange behavior. Well am not sure yet if he has made history but a Brazilian man got a
"Dog Face" via plastic surgery. He reportedly paid an undisclosed
"Huge" amount of money to look like a dog he liked...He also hopes to
make history as the first dog man in the world.
What a
crazy world we live in.
