Responsibilities/Requirements:

Qualifications:

Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER/PLANNER
Responsibilities:
·
Collaborate with Stakeholders to identify required project controls support in
achieving project objectives.
·
Create, monitor and control schedules of projects through all phases of the
project life cycle.
·
Update, maintain, analyze, and communicate project commitments while also
supporting, monitoring,
·
reviewing
and analyzing schedules and associated reporting.
·
Build project baselines and update project schedules and templates based on
project requirements.
·
Maintain appropriate work breakdown structures for accurate reporting.
·
lead the development of Project Controls Plans on assigned projects.
·
Coordinate the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of project reports
assuming responsibility for overall accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
·
Support the modification and implementation of existing and/or new internal
processes and process improvements.
Requirements:
·
BA/BS degree in related field or applicable discipline preferred, or equivalent
years of experience.
·
Generally 2-5 years of field experience. Must have experience building project
baselines and updating project schedules and templates. Must have experience
creating, monitoring and control schedules of projects through all phases of
the project life cycle utilizing Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
·
PMI/PRINCE2 Certification(s) and Microsoft Scheduling experience will be an
added advantage.
