·                     Coordinate and liaise with Manning agencies on crew recruitment, joining and sign off in respect to the company's crewing requirements for various operated Marine Assets.

·                     Liaise with regulatory authorities and verification of crew documentations/qualification in line with operational standards and flag state certificates.

·                     Manage and Evaluate crew performance/productivity in line with company and dents standards as well as develop strategies for effective crew rotation.

Qualifications and Experience
