JOB TITLE:  QUANTITY SURVEYOR Ref: LBC/514/QSThe Role
Reporting to the Head of Cost Estimation, your key responsibilities will be to;

·                     Price bills of Quantity for projects tenaered Ior by the company

·                     Prepare monthly project valuation reports

The Person

·                     B.Sc, or HND in Quantity Surveying

·                     Minimum of 5 years' post qualification expenence

·                     Must have worked as a Quantity Surveyor ior a reputable construction company

JOB TITLE:  SENIOR GENERAL SITE SUPERVISOR Ref: LBC/614/SGS
The Role

·                     Reporting to the Site Engineer, your role will be to provide assistance in organizing the site and achieving set objectives

The Person 

·                     OND or Trade Test Certificates in various crafts

·                     Minimum of 15 years' experience

·                     Must have been a supervisor on the construction of at least one 10-storey building

JOB TITLE:  GENERAL SITE SUPERVISOR Ref: LBC/714/GS
The Role

·                     Reporting to the Site Engineer, you wiff assist in organizing the site and achieving set objectives

The Person

·                     OND or Trade Test Certificates in various crafts

·                     Minimum of 8 years' experience

·                     Must have been a supervisor on the construction of at least one e-storey building

JOB TITLE:  SENIOR SITE ENGINEER Ref: LBC/114/SSE
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities wili be to;

·                     Supervise the activities of site engineers on projects under your supervision

·                     Ensure that all projects are manapeo and oeliverea on time while following laid down procedures

The Person

·                     B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering

·                     Minimum of 12 years' post qualification experience and must have worked on site lor a construction company for at least 7 years

·                     Must have supervised th~ construction of at least one to-storey building or Iwo projects valued at 18 Million Naira each as a site engineer for a reputable construction company

·                     Must have the capacity to manage site engineers on more than one project simultaneously

JOB TITLE:  ARCHITECT Ref: LBC/214/ACH
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include;

·                     Design Architectural work

·                     Quality Control activities on the project construction site, and

·                     Management of projects when the need arises

The Person

·                     M.Sc, Architecture

·                     Minimum of 10 years' post qualification experience

·                     Must have hands-on experience in both design work and supervisinq actual construction on-site

·                     Demonstrable creativity and a passion for quality

JOB TITLE:  SITE ENGINEER Ref: LBC/314/SE
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:

·                     Supervise day-to-day work on a construction site

·                     Carry out Quality Controt activities on the project construction site

The Person

·                     B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering

·                     Minimum of 7 years' post qualification experience

·                     Must have supervised the construction of at least two 6-storey buildings or two projects valued at 700 Million Naira each as a building contractor site engineer

JOB TITLE:  CONSTRUCTION ARCHITECT Ref: LBC/414/CA
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be expected to;

·                     Supervise day-to-day work on a construction site

·                     Carry out Quality Con trot activities on the project construction site

The Person

·                     M.Sc, Architecture

·                     Minimum of 7 years' post qualification experience

·                     Must have supervised the construction of at least two 6-storey buildings or two projects valued at 700 Million Naira each as a building conrractorconstruoton architect

JOB TITLE:  TRAINEE CONSTRUCTION ARCHITECT Ref: LBC/814/TCA
The Person
Reports to the Head of Quality Assurance

·                     M.Sc. Architecture

·                     No post-NYSC experience required

JOB TITLE:  TRAINEE QUANTITY SURVEYOR Ref: LBC/914/TOS
The Person
Reports to the Head of Cost Estimation

·                     This position is site based and the right candidate shall be expected to capture approved Request for Proposals (RFP) for projects on-site and prepare vanations reqUired for monthly project valuation reports

·                     B.Sc. or HND in Quantity Surveying

·                     Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC experience
