Job Title: Company Secretary & Legal Adviser
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

The Company Secretary will be responsible for all organization’s
secretarial, legal and governance matters within the company.
·
Attend all board meetings and take minutes. Fix board meetings
of the company.
·
Gathering all reports, documents and correspondence, which are
likely to be needed at the meeting and arranging them in order of business in
conformity with the agenda.
