General Manager

Requirements

·                         Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Hotel.

·                         A degree in Hotel Management or Professional equivalent in any hospitality area.

·                         Computer literate with at least 10 years experience.

Food & Beverage Assistant Manager

·                      

Requirements

·                         Responsible for day to day operations of the F & B Dept and all standards of service delivery.

·                         Clear knowledge of African, Continental & Oriental Cuisines.

·                         B.Sc/HND in the relevant field.

·                         Minimum of 5 years' experience

Executive House Keeper

·                      

Requirements

·                         Responsible for day to day operations of the F & B Dept and all standards of service delivery.

·                         Clear knowledge of African, Continental & Oriental Cuisines.

·                         B.Sc/HND in the relevant field.

·                         Minimum of 5 years' experience.

Maintenance Officer

·                      

Requirements

·                         Responsible for the proper maintenance/operations of all engineering/technical equipment and facilities.

·                         B Sc/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

·                         5 years experience in facilities management within a Hotel environment

Executive Chef

·                      

Requirements

·                     HND/BSc catering & Hotel Management or its equivalent

·                     Computer Literate with vast experience in African, Oriental & Continental Cuisines.

·                     Minimum of 10 years experience

Front Office Manager

·                      

Requirements

·                         HND/BSc, Computer literate with 3 years experience.
