The Leprosy Mission Nigeria (TLMN) is a Christian Health and Development Organization working in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Health and with the State Ministries of Health in 7 states (Akwa Ibom, Kogi, Kwara, Niger, Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi and the FCT- Abuja), towards the eradication of leprosy and the care/restoration of persons and communities affected by leprosy. TLMN seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Nigerians to the following positions:



Head of Finance and Administration
·                     Key Responsibilities:
·                     Contribute to strategic planning, financial management and day-to-day running of the organization
·                     Management reporting, multi-year planning, budgeting/forecasting, ad hoc analysis
·                     Financial systems, procedures and internal controls
·                     HR and Payroll functions
·                     Taxation
·                     Risk Management
·                     Legal Compliance
Requirements:
·                     HND/BSc Accounting and at least 5 years work experience
·                     Professional qualifications (ICAN, ACCA, MBA etc) will be an added advantage
·                     Proficiency in financial accounting & reporting, including external statutory reporting and audit
·                     Management accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting
·                     Experience of NGO accounting.
·                     Knowledge of Quickbooks
·                     Good HR and Administrative skills
·                     Team player.
·                     Be a committed Christian.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
·                      
Key Responsibilities:
·                     Works to support the Funds Development Manager in the funding of TLM-Nigeria's Country Strategy, with specific responsibility for pursuing large scale institutional funding opportunities locally and internationally.
·                     Assist the Funds Development Manager, develop the coordination processes for taking the best advantage of support and funding opportunities locally and internationalfy.
·                     Be responsible for writing as well as sharing information about projects that are funded by local donors and international donors.
·                     Develop and coordinate individual projects to achieve the required outcomes and ensuring delivery is achieved to timescale, budget and within the Project Cycle
·                     Management Framework of TLM, and the relevant funding body.
·                     Be responsible for keeping TLM-Nigeria donors well-informed and making sure that reporting requirements. and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have the following:
·                     University Degree or its equivalent
·                     Experience in project proposal development, use of logic models and strong writing skills
·                     Ability to interpret project call information and to identify, analyse and problem solve
·                     Good Computer application skills including Word, Excel andPowerPoint
·                     Strong writing and motivational skills.
·                     Experience in data collection, analyzing and reporting
·                     Experience in donor management
·                     Willingness to travel.
·                     Be a committed Christian.

ADMINISRATIVE ASSISTANT
·                     Key Responsibilities:
·                     Be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure the National Coordination Office of TLM-Nigeria runs in an effective and efficient manner.
·                     Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the
·                     National Coordination Office ofTLM-Nigeria
·                     Provide administrative support to the National Director of TLM-Nigeria
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have the following:
·                     Good first degree in Secretarial Adminstration or equivalent
·                     Good knowledge of office administration
·                     Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
·                     Excellent interpersonal skills
·                     Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills
·                     Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
·                     Very effective organizational skills
·                     Computer skills including the spreadsheet and wordprocessing programs, and e-ntail at a highly proficient level
·                     Be a committed Christian.
