1. Chief Of Party

Details
The Chief of Party will represent the Project to USAID, local civil society CSOs, andrelevant Nigerian authorities. The position will be responsible for providingleadership, management and administrative oversight; supervising senior technical and
administrative staff: and ensuring the project is progressing and meeting objectives.

2.Finanace Manager

Details
The Finance Manager (FM) is responsible for the overall administration and financial operations for the project. The FM is responsible for training and monitoring staff on policies and procedures, donor regulations, new systems, and financial best practices, as well as working closely with the Chief of Party and the Global Finance team in Washington DC to ensure compliance with all donor regulations and effective and proactive management.

The Gender Advisor is responsible for developing
activities and approaches to mainstream gender considerations throughout the
program. S/he is expected to lead development of a program gender strategy and
integration plan and coordinate closely
with other technical staff to ensure that gender considerations of men, women, girls and boys are incorporate in program initiatives.

4. Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

Details
The M&E Specialist will develop and maintain systems to collect and analyze information on inputs, outputs, outcomes and impact of the program. Slhe will also conduct supportive supervisory visits to sub-grantees to observe, monitor, provide guidance and quality feedback on the use of data and lead all research activities.
