The role of a Sales Manager is to
ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive
planning, deployment of marketing and technical support resources to achieve
objectives. The sales
manager will also be responsible for Identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

4) Achieve sales targets on a quarterly basis as
defined by the Company through building strong relationships at all levels with
prospective and current clients.
5) Initiate, build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through regular review visits, continually seeking to expand business between MicroAccess and the customers
6) Ensure customer requirements are identified and are translated into business proposals which will eventually deliver the right solutions.
7) Develop and present proposals for customer solutions, using the expertise within the Presales specialist teams in order to ensure that the solutions designed and proposed will meet the customer requirements.
8) Work with other support teams such as Presales, Legal, Finance and Customer Support to develop and negotiate contracts with customers.
9) Develop and implement individual sales plans for each customer to ensure that there is always an updated customer profile on record.
10) Co-ordinate with relevant technical teams such as the Project Management Office to ensure timely delivery of services to the customer.
11) Act as the single point of contact for all assigned or acquired accounts.
12) Work across the company when required to resolve any customer queries or problems in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained
13) Conduct follow up calls and visits to ensure that all the customer requirements have been identified and fulfilled.
14) Collaborate with teammates and other relevant departments to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product/service lines.
15) Collaborate with the marketing unit for sales or other marketing promotion such as seminars, roadshows etc. as may be required to build contacts or promote our services.
16) Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and completing contracts and recording orders
Reporting to sales management on sales made and the marketability of ICT goods and services thus contributing to our product development initiatives

Desired
Skills and Experience

First Degree in any discipline
·
Experience in the sale of technology
products or services in a B2B model
·
Demonstrable ability to develop and present
business and technical proposals for prospective and current customers
(upgrades, improvements, new applications)
·
Problem-solving and analytical
skills to interpret sales performance and
·
Ability to generate and analyse market
trend information
·
Self-driven and motivated to achieve
results
·
Ability to develop and implement
personal sales strategies.

Excellent oral and written
communication skills

Negotiating and influencing skills
·
Plus a good working knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite
·
Customer Relationship management skills

Strong understanding of ICT/Technology
industry

To attend OEM training and where
applicable write exams as required
