Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities
·
Responsible for sourcing for suitable applicant for available position.
·
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicant and
matching them.
·
Organizing interview and selection process.
·
Review job description and postings to ensure
that qualification requested are suitable for the task.
·
Drawing up and follow up short-lists/ short postings.
·
Responsible for designing induction process for new hires.
·
Designs recruitment advertisements.
·
Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses
CVs.
·
identifying suitable recruitment channels.
·
Any other reasonable tasks or duties as required
by the Line Manager or organization.
Qualifications and Requirements
·
Minimum of OND in any related course.
·
Minimum of 3 years work experience.
·
Good interpersonal skills.
·
Strong oral communication and writing skills.
·
Analytical skills.
·
Problem-solving skills.
·
IT skills.
·
Preferably a male.
Remuneration
·
Salary Range N300,000 -
N350,000.
