LOGISTICS EXECUTIVES
·                      
Introduction
Successful candidates will coordinate, monitor and handle road transportation of customer goods/orders till products are delivered safely and In-full in a cost effective and time-bound manner.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
•    Manage fleet as a Strategic Business Unit, with the primary responsibility for revenue turnover and profit.
•    Maximize revenue through fulfilment of assigned orders, by ensuring trip targets are achieved
•    Liaise with relevant transport road management authorities where necessary
•    Implement safety procedures/policies to global standards
•    Prepare cost analysis and periodic managemenVoperational reports
•    Provide assistance and support to drivers as relates to safe delivery of orders and truck tumaround.
•    Daily preparation of list of available trucks to be utilized for operations
•    Coordinate inspection of trucks calibration charts on monthly basis and
tracking of expiry date
•    Monitor truck's turn around and give possible feedback to the contract coordinator.
•    Liaise with Fleet Maintenance Department to ensure speedy release of trucks under repair
•    Collation and processing of Driver Waybills for Invoicing
•    Ensure that adequate and effective risk assessments are undertaken and regularly reviewed.
•    Certify that drivers are well kilted for all operations and compliance to EHS standards
•    Monitor performance of drivers and provide leadership in achievement of set targets

Academic Qualifications/Experience
·                     Minimum of first degree in Transport Management or social sciences from any reputable university with a minimum of second class lower and must not be more than 24 years old as at last birthday.
·                     1-2 years relevant working experience will be an advantage.

HEAD OF FINANCE
·                      
Introduction.
The successful candidate will ensure effective control of all company financial, accounting and
information processing systems, whilst developing and maintaining proper procedures and reporting
systems to ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical skills for analysis and reports. Experience in operations
management Financial awareness in budgets, business plan development and variance explanation. Planning, prioritizing. administrative and problem solving skills to coordinate the delivery of high quality results within deadlines, investigate and resolve issues; Good written and oral communication skills to prepare correspondence, Ability to work in a team, build and maintain effective relationships and to reflect and maintain the values and ethics of the company; Microsoft office database, skills.

Key Duties And Responsibilities 
    Initiates, (and agree with the directors), installs, implements and enforces financial controls required
to safeguard and ensure continuity, profitability and expansion of the company:
•    Provides Strategic support to the Managing Director to grow the company business;
•    Plans, Coordinates and directs the activities of the group finance team:
•    Co-ordinate Budget & Forecast preparation;
•    Preparation of long range
 business plan with the Managing Director.
•    Review Company Operations
•    Monitor cost control measure installed and ensure effectiveness and efficiency
•    Oversee Treasury/Funds Management for fund optimization
•    Partner with the Managing Director in Financial strategy formulation for the Company
•    Liaison with banks/Bank relationship
•    Tax Administration
•    Risk management of the Company's Assets;
•    Drives collections of
 account receivables plus regular debtor circularization;
•    Full responsibility for financial statement preparation to ensure it shows true and fair view of the business assets and liabilities;
•    Full responsibility for managing Year-end Account Audit with external
Auditors;
•    Interfacing with external agencies like FIRS, External
 Auditors, Company Consultants, etc.;
•    Provides strategic lead to the finance team to ensure it provides full support to the business
•    Quarterly Performance Development Review for key Finance Staff

Academic Qualifications/Expereience
·                     Minimum of post graduate degree from a recognised higher institution, minimum of ten years work experience Preferably in a large organization or multinational company at senior management level.
·                     Professional qualifications in accounting is also compulsory.
