Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, manage and coordinate all business activities of the company, with a serious focus on promoting sight-seeing awareness, sales promotion, cost management, operational excellence as well as businessintelligence, high-value networking and overall enterprise growth.

Requirements

·        Good university/postgraduate qualification plus a minimum of six years business management experience in tourism, project marketing, structured events management or closely-related businesses.
·        Thorough grasp of the practice and management of the tourism business.
·        End-to-end familiarity with Abuja FCT, its geography, demographics, hotspots, landmarks, as well as business and recreational dynamics.
·        Comfort, confidence and competence with high-leverage business and political networking.
·        Natural excitement with tourism.
·        Ability to build and maintain an inspired, self-motivated team.
·        Capacity for effective business use of social media, spreadsheets and other modern computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:


Initiate and drive the entire marketing and sales activities of the company to ensure consistent business growth and an excellent return-on-investment for shareholders.

The holder of this position will be responsible for developing the company’s marketing plan including promotions, campaigns, advertising, public relations, R&D, as well as customer service/CRM systems. He will ensure the development of vigorous channels for sustaining strong and profitable customer traffic, manage the performance and activities of the sales force, and lead the enterprise business charge with incisive market penetration and business expansion strategies.

Requirements

·        Good university degree in business, the social sciences or marketing, with a minimum of five years structured sales experience in a relevant industry, a good part of which must be in a supervisory status.
·        Very sound business and social knowledge of the Abuja FCT.
·        Credible proof of previous sales accomplishments.
·        Strong knowledge of the tours industry.
·        Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
·        Excellent communication, presentation and people skills.

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the daily operations of the company in the context of the profit goals and core values of the business.

The holder of this position will be responsible for the effective maintenance, monitoring and optimisation of the tour buses, management of the ground and coach crew, daily administration of the office, coordination and oversight of ticket sales, ensuring efficient/effective operations, security administration, supplier management, as well as the overall infrastructure support structures for exceptional customer experience

Requirements

·        A very good university degree in any business or social science with a minimum of 4-5 years middle operations managementexperience in tourism, transport or related businesses.
·        Strong capacity to deal with non-professional staff.
·        Excellent report generation skills
·        Good finance/account appreciation skills.
·        Strong business knowledge of computer applications
·        Assertive, thorough, patient individual with a strong flair for details.
·        Age: Not above 32years.
