·                     BSc/HND in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Marketing and related fields.

·                     35-45 years of age

·                     Minimum of 6 years working experience in a Financial Institution

·                     Professional qualification will be an added advantage

·                     The right candidate must be vast in credit analysis and packaging

·                     Excellent communication skill (both written and oral), selling skill and good organizational skill

·                     Must be result oriented in business decision making and be innovative

·                     Must possess leadership qualities
