GB JOBS: Lagos based Publishing company recruiting Regional Manager

We are a niche player in the publishing industry with head office in Lagos and branches nationwide and due to business expansion seeks to engage exceptional talents for the following positions

REGIONAL MANAGER (WEST, EAST)

THE JOB
Covering the whole of West and East of Nigeria to the North and to the South. The regional Manager will drive implementation of all sales activities and programme of the company in their various branches ensuring that sales targets set are achieved. Remuneration is quite competitive with other incentives.




QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
The right candidate must:
Must have a degree from a recognized institution.
Possess relevant professional qualifications/membership.
Have minimum of 15 years working experience in a similar role and/or environment
An MBA may be of an advantage.
Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
Be highly motivated and able to build close relationships internally and externally.
Ability to coordinate and produce necessary daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and reports.
Ability to lead teams is key.
Have effective written, oral and presentation skills.

ZONAL SALES MANAGER (NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, WEST))

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Possess BSC in Management/Social sciences; MBA is an added advantage.
Must have minimum of 10 years sales experience.
Ability to coordinate the activities of the sales representatives.
Involve in fieldwork in the zones and report situation to management for strategies necessary to tackle the various problems on field.
Managing and controlling the sales budget.

SALES REPRESENTATIVES (NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, WEST))

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have BSC/HND in marketing and social sciences.
Have 2 - 3 years cognate experience in sales.
Ability to present company products to both regular customers and potential new customers.

LEGAL OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
3 years of previous experience in a legal office.
Must have superb legal skills and discipline.
Ability to present information on written and oral platform that associate and staff can understand.
Possess sense of viewing, interpreting and deciphering legal documents.
Possess ability to draw up major contracts agreement and other legal documents.
Ability to research different information to make sure the organization is acting in accordance with all applicable laws.
Liaising with external lawyers.
