of Generators, Transformers, Control Panels, Power Equipments and Solar Systems
is looking for an experienced HR manager for its business. The successful
candidate must have a track record of effectively developing,administering and
managing the human resources of an organisation. The responsibilities include;
Recruitment of Staff
PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
ADMINISTERING DISCIPLINE AMONGST STAFF
GENERAL HR ADMINISTRATION.
To qualify the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience preferably in a similar organisation. He/she must show a clear understanding of HR management and must have the following skills;
Ability to develop policies and processes
Very good interpersonal skills
Very good organisational skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills
