We are a 4* hotel manned by an international brand and we are currently seeking for professional people to join our team, the following positions are vacant:

1.       SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Qualifications and Requirements:

·         Must have worked with 5* or 4* international brand

·         A University degree or its equivalent with a minimum of 2^nd class lower, other related professional qualifications/certifications would be an added advantage

·         Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in relevant position applied for and 5 years same position experience

·         Time management skills and ability to work under pressure;

·         Problem-solving skills strong communication, and team work skills

·         Sales and/or marketing skills

·         High experience of local and International markets, mainly West Africa & Southern African Regions.

2.       VARIOUS POSITIONS

·         Barmen

·         Cooks

·         F & B Supervisors

·         Party Chef

·         Chief butcher

·         Souse chef

·         Chef de parties’

·         Ala carte cooks

·         Mechanical Technicians

·         Refrigerator & Air-conditioner (R&A) Technicians

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate for any of No. 2 positions should not be more than 45 years old, must possess an OND Certificate with at least a Lower Credit in any of the following:

Hotel and Catering Management, OND Mechanical, OND Refrigerator & Air-conditioner, Trade Test or its equivalent.
