GB JOBS: Sales Capability Manager at Nokia


General Purpose
The sales capability Manager drives sales competencies to internal and external sales teams in the Area
organization
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for deploying global process to improve sales competency and value selling capability of internal sales teams, Field force, retail sales staff, trade partners, consumers and trainers

Lead the implementation of competency development including certification for Field force, trainers and retail assistants.
Lead the facilitation and roll out keep change management programs like solution selling or WP boot camps. Facilitate roll out of account management related competencies in the Areas.
Define and monitor performance metrics to drive clear and measurable improvements in program performance and efficiency.

Ensure internal sales teams are trained on new product launches as per global guidelines and local needs.
Manage partner portal or similar learning & two way communication platforms in the Area.
Manage budgets include localization, trainer costs, training delivery and platform usage. Manage training vendors, localization needs, training coordination and trainers resources.
Share best practices amongst markets in Area and with Region / Global. Contribute to ongoing development and improvement of global standard practices.

Qualifications


University degree with strong experience in training program development or management. Minimum of 5 + years’ experience with exposure to retail management. Sales and marketing experience required.
Broad understanding of mobile communication, internet services, consumer electronics & traditional mobile phones business
