1. Civil Engineers

Responsibilities

·                     Shall be responsible to the Project Manager.

·                     Shall coordinate all civil/structural designs and evaluation.

·                     Shall head all civil/structural supervisory team.

·                     Shall assist the Project Manager in the performance of his duties as may be directed by the General Manager.

·                     Shall perform any other duty allocated to her by the Project Manager.

Requirements
In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following: .

·                     B.Sc/B.Eng./HND in Civil engineering.

·                     Cognate experience of 10 yrs in a construction outfit.

2. Mechanical/Electrical Engineers

Responsibilities

·                     Shall be responsible to the Project Manager.

·                     Shall assist in the processes of identification, procurement, maintenance and disposal of all organization's plants and equipments requirement

·                     Shall maintain an inventory of plants and equipments and advice on utilization and replacement.

·                     Take charge of all mechanical personnel in the mechanical workshop.

·                     Shall perform any other responsibility to be allocated by the Project Manager.

Requirements
In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following:

·                     B.Sc/B.Eng./HND in Mechanical Engineering (Automobile option)/ Electrical.

·                     Cognate experience of 10 yrs in a construction outfit.

3. Architects

Responsibilities

·                     Shall be responsible to the Project Manager.

·                     Shall be responsible for pre and post contract architectural designs.

·                     Shall take brief from clients and supervisors and translate to working drawings for site implementation.

·                     Shall be responsible for compliance with both aesthetics and statutory requirement of all projects.

·                     Shall assist the Project Manager in the performance of his duties as may be directed by the General Manager;

·                     Shall perform any other functions to be allocated by the Project Manager;

Requirements
In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following: .

·                     M.Sc/B.Sc/HND in Architecture

·                     Cognate experience of 10 yrs in a construction outfit.

4. Quantity Surveyors

·                     Job TypeFull Time

·                     Min Qualification

·                     LocationLagos

·                     Job FieldBuilding and Construction

Responsibilities

·                     Shall be responsible to the Project Manager.

·                     Shall head the Quantity Surveying Unit of the organization.

·                     Shall head the stock/inventory unit of the organization.

·                     Shall be responsible for costing, valuations, certifications, project financial reporting etc. .

·                     Shall assist/advice the Project Manager on contractual documentation, attend project meetings, vet claims, variations and fluctuations ete.

·                     Shall assist the Project Manager in the performance of his duties as may be directed by the General Manager.

·                     Shall perform any other functions that may be allocated by the Project Manager.

Requirements
In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following: .

·                     B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveyors

·                     Cognate experience of 10 yrs in a construction outfit.

5. Land Surveyors

·                     Job TypeFull Time

Responsibilities

·                     Shall be responsible to the Project Manager.

·                     Shall carry out all surveying activities including mapping, identification of project site and boundaries and confirmation of setting out.

·                     Shall perform any other functions to be allocated by the Project Manager.

Requirements
In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following:

·                     B.Sc/HND in Land Surveying.

·                     Cognate experience of 5 yrs in a construction outfit.

6. Project Managers

·                     Job TypeFull Time

·                     Min QualificationMBA/MSc/MA

·                     Experience15 years

·                     Job FieldProject Management

Responsibilities

·                     Shall be responsible to the General Manager (Design and Construction).

·                     Shall be the Head of all technical and field activities of the Organization.

·                     Shall be responsible for the overall management and coordination of construction activities in all sites.

·                     Shall coordinate the activities of all the technical units of the organization both at the offices and sites.

·                     Shall draw up programs of work, construction milestone and target, internal and external contractual documentation, certification, project status report etc., for the action and approval of the General Manager for implementation.

·                     Shall perform any other function allocated to her by the General Manager.

Requirements
In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following:

·                     B.Sc/B.Eng./HND in either Civil engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying with a master degree in Humanitarian/Management field.

·                     Cognate experience of 15yrs in a construction outfit including 5 yrs in top managerial position.

7. Accountants

·                     Job TypeFull Time

·                     Min QualificationBA/BSc/HND

·                     Experience5 years

·                     Job FieldAccounting/Audit

Responsibilities

·                     Shall be responsible to the General Manager (Admin) on all financial transactions of the organization.

·                     Shall keep records of all financial transactions including bank statements.

·                     Shall advice the General Manager on available windows of funding including

·                     procurement and utilizations in compliance with all financial statutory requirements.

·                     Shall perform any other function to be allocated by the General Manager.

Requirements
In addition to the possession of the general requirement above, prospective candidate for this position is required to possess the following:

·                     B.Sc/HND in Account/ Finance

·                     Cognate experience of 5 years.
