He will oversee the
management of the hotel to ensure efficiency, quality service and effective
management of human and material resources.
Qualification: A good
first degree or MBA plus hospitality industry training certification.
Experience in strategic planning and execution
· Knowledge of communication and public
relations techniques.
· Ability to analyze financial data and
interpret it.
· Exceptional oral and written
communication skills
· Experience in policy formulation and
ability to effective manage staff strength of over 60
· Minimum of 10 years in management of at
least 3 star hotels within or outside Nigeria
· High integrity and friendly
2. Food And Beverage
Manager
Will oversee the
management of Restaurant, Bar and Kitchen
Experience: B.Sc. or
HND degree holders with minimum of five years experience in similar position in
at least a 3 star hotel
· Establish standards and be responsible
management of food, laundry and bar quality
· Establish proper audit systems for
kitchen, bar and restaurant
· Good knowledge of running of the
kitchen is an advantage. Must be an innovative and creative person.
3. House Keeping Manager
Will oversee the
management of the entire hotel house keeping
Experience: B.Sc. or
HND degree holders with minimum of five years experience in similar position in
at least a 3 star hotel
· Ensure rooms are all clean and smell
fresh everyday
· Ensure the hotel surroundings are clean
everyday
· Ensure laundry items return fresh and
properly done
· Minimum of 5 years experience in
similar position in at least a 3 star hotel
4. Chefs and Cooks
Minimum of 5 years
experience in similar positions
5. Night Managers
Minimum of 5 years
experience in similar positions Chattered and highly computer literate.
