position:
Job Title: Ticketing And Reservation Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Details
The successful candidate should be able to deliver high quality customer satisfaction – by providing first class customer service to customers/passengers. Essentially providing support for the sales department and ensuring revenue generation for the organization. The job will also require a coordinated person with organizational ability.
Responsibilities
o
Monitor passengers' travel request, and ensure
that tickets are issued out promptly and accurately.
o
Make reservations, bookings and advise customers
on reservationstatus on or before flight
departure.
o
Prepare tickets sales report on a
weekly basis.
o
Ensure that seats are not duplicated by
coordinating all outlets.
o
Manage a dedicated team of customer care
representatives in the delivery of their daily responsibilities.
o
Ensure strict adherence to laid down business
policies and procedures.
o
Risk & Operations Management.
o
Ability to listen and effectively communicate
accurately important information to prospective clients.
o
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Suite
o
Developing constructive and cooperative working
relationships withnew customers, and maintaining them
over time.
o
Must have strong time management skills and possess the ability to work with deadlines and
under pressure.
o
Must possess the ability to work and contribute
effectively to a team.
o
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal
and leadership skills.
o
Must be innovative, responsive and
result-oriented
Requirements
o
First degree in any Social Sciences or Business
Management course
o
The successful candidate must have at least 3 - 4
working experience and must be able to work without supervision
o
He/she must have completed an IATA course on
Fares and Ticketing.
o
Ability to use the Amadeus GDS is Compulsory
