JOB REFERENCE: MS001
POSITION: Assistant Manager, Students Registration
DEPARTMENT: Membership Services

JOB PURPOSE:
To drive student membership in all tertiary Institutions and maintain electronic database of all students registered.

JOB DETAILS:
Compile and ensure scheduled visits are made to tertiary institutions
Follow-up on all visited tertiary institutions and maintain rapport with students and their faculties
Process and send provisional admission letters to prospective students
Create, maintain and update register of student members.
Generate monthly and quarterly trend analysis report on student membership
Maintain good customer relationship with all members of the Institute


QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, marketing or related discipline
Minimum of 3years post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organization
